Michael is the President and owner of Live Green Landscapes. A pillar in the landscape industry for more than 33 years, Michael founded Live Green in 2008. He graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Agriculture and Horticulture.
Vice President Commercial Landscapes
Vice President of Commercial Landscapes, Brandon leads the Commercial Department of Live Green. He’s been in the industry for 13 years and has been with Live Green for ten years now. He earned an AA from Carroll Community College and received his MBA and BS from York College of Pennsylvania.
Residential Department Manager, Landscape Architect
As head of Live Green’s Residential Department, Aaron meets with clients regularly and helps facilitate the design and construction process from start to finish. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Aaron has been in the industry for 19 years and has been with Live Green since 2009. In addition to his role with Live Green, Aaron serves as Immediate Past President on the Board of Directors of the Landscape Contractors Association for Maryland, Washington D.C and Virginia.
Human Resources Manager
Alyssa has experience in the landscaping industry for over 5 years. With her background in horticulture & social sciences, she joins Live Green as our human resources manager. Alyssa enjoys gardening, visiting parks, and spending time with her Shih Tzu, Chewey. Alyssa’s favorite mulch of all time is cedar mulch, for its lovely fragrance and woodsy look around a home garden!
Assistant Project Manager
Kevin joins us after recently graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina. We are very fortunate to have him at Live Green and can't wait to see what the future holds for him.
Commercial Production Manager
Justin brought 9 years of industry experience when he joined the Live Green Team two years ago. He possesses a Certificate in Ornamental Horticulture from Applied Agriculture at the University of Maryland. On top of that, he is also a Certified Irrigation Technician. Justin assures jobs are running as planned and completed on time by coordinating with Live Green’s foremen, as well as General Contractors. In his off time, you may catch Justin watching an Orioles game or hunting during the season.
Residential Production Manager
Our Residential Production Manager, Scott runs the residential side of production. He ensures our crews and jobs are on track, and that jobs are living up to Live Green’s high standards. Scott has been in the business for 25 years and has been with Live Green since 2015.
Jay has worked with Live Green for several years now, first filling the role of Estimating Administrative Assistant before becoming an Estimator for the Commerical Department. Jay roots for the Ravens, the O’s, and the Philadelphia Flyers. He’s an avid golf fan and plays as often as he can at our local Maryland courses.
Andrew has been in the industry for over 25 years. He is a Certified Professional Horticulturist and a certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional. He holds a pesticide spraying license and an MHIC Salesman License. He enjoys camping, kayaking, travel, and sometimes even golf. He is married with 1 child who just graduated college!
Landscape Design Sales Associate
Danny, a member of the Residential Design and Sales Department at Live Green graduated from Penn State with a degree in Landscape Contracting, Design/Build. Danny is also a Landscape Industry Certified Exterior Technician through the NALP. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, he is a huge Steelers and Penguins fan. His favorite part of his job is seeing clients' reactions once their projects are completed.
Landscape Design Sales Associate
Kamsi joins our Residential Department as a Landscape Design Sales Associate with a degree in Landscape Contracting Design/Build from Penn State. Kamsi was born in Minnesota, but she grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and has always loved to make people happy. With her creative flair, Kamsi hopes to continue her mission spreading positivity with her clients at Live Green.
Esme Garcia Flores
At the end of 2020, Esme Garcia started at Live Green as an intern, however she became such an asset to the team that her position evolved into HR Administrative Assistant. Esme helps to assure our mornings run smoothly at Live Green by working hand-in-hand with Production Managers and our crews. Esme is the eldest of seven children, and is known for her nurturing nature. When she isn't keeping the office organized or corralling children, you can find Esme making jewelry or listening to music.
Rob joined the Live Green team as our accounting clerk in 2019 and brings over 20 years of billing, payroll, and accounting experience with him. He handles our residential, commercial, maintenance, and snow billing, plus he prepares and runs our weekly in-house payroll for all employees. Rob was born and raised in Baltimore, and he often wonders if the Orioles will ever see another World Series.
Front Desk Greeter
Keeper is Brandon's black Labrador and the Live Green office dog. When Keeper's not going for walks around Reisterstown or taking naps, he enjoys cheering up clients and staff, and searching for scraps of food left in trash cans!
